These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Klevo mobile app (the “App”) and the website klevo.info. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
Klevo lets you create PDFs from text prompts, edit PDFs using AI instructions, convert images and Markdown to PDF, use document templates, and share documents for editing or electronic signature. Features may change over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the App. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
3. Free use and subscriptions
- The App is free to download and includes a limited number of AI edits per day. Limits may change.
- Klevo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the App before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the documents, images, text and signatures you provide and of the documents you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process and transmit your content, including through our AI and cloud providers, solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
5. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review every document before using, signing or sending it. Templates and generated documents such as contracts, tax forms or legal letters are not legal, tax or financial advice.
6. Electronic signatures
The App provides tools to request and apply electronic signatures. You are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature is valid and appropriate for your document and jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to create or share unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harassing or harmful content; to forge documents or signatures; to interfere with or reverse engineer the App; or to circumvent usage limits.
8. Termination
You can stop using the App and request account deletion at any time from the App or by emailing support@klevo.info. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that stored files will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important documents.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klevo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. App stores
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. These Terms are between you and Klevo, not Apple or Google.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
