How to edit a PDF on Android

To edit a PDF on Android, open it in the Klevo app from Google Play, type the change you want in plain language (for example “change the client name to Acme Ltd”), and Klevo’s AI edits the document. Review the result, refine it with another instruction or undo it, then download or share the updated PDF.

Step by step

  1. Install Klevo. Download Klevo free from Google Play.
  2. Open your PDF. Tap Edit a PDF and pick the file from your phone’s storage, Downloads or Google Drive.
  3. Type the change. Write the edit in everyday words, such as “change the date to today” or “correct all spelling mistakes”.
  4. Review and refine. See the updated PDF in seconds, keep refining with more prompts, or undo.
  5. Save or share. Save the PDF, share it to Gmail, WhatsApp or Drive, or send it for e-signature.

Why not Google Drive’s PDF viewer?

Google Drive and most Android PDF viewers let you read, annotate or fill form fields, but not rewrite the text already in a PDF. Klevo changes the document content itself, so a typo, outdated date or wrong name is actually fixed rather than covered with a text box.
