Tax form templates: W-9, W-4, 1099, 1040 and more
Klevo has 39 templates based on common US IRS forms, including the W-9, W-4, W-2, 1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1040 and its schedules, and business returns such as the 1065, 1120 and 941. They are simplified versions you can fill in by typing, useful for drafting, sharing details with a client or accountant, and keeping your own records. When you file, use the current official form from irs.gov.
How to use a template
- Open the templates. In the Klevo app tap Templates, or open them in your browser.
- Pick a layout. Tap a template to open it. Every template is a real PDF you can download straight away.
- Fill it in by typing. Type or paste your details and say what you want, for example “fill in this W-9 for Jane Doe, sole proprietor, address 12 Main St, Austin TX 78701”. The AI fills in the document and keeps the layout.
- Refine and export. Keep adjusting in plain words, undo anything, then download the PDF, share a link or send it for e-signature.

Is my tax information private?
Your documents are visible only to you and the people you share them with. Text you send to the AI is processed to produce the result. See the privacy policy.
Who sends a W-9?
The person or business being paid fills in a W-9 and gives it to the payer, who uses it to prepare a 1099. It is not sent to the IRS.
