Klevo has 21 letter templates, from resignation, recommendation, complaint and inquiry letters to condolence, congratulations, farewell and thank-you notes. Pick one and say what the letter needs to say, for example “resign from my role as account manager, last day 30 November, thank my manager Sam”. The AI writes it in the template, ready to download or send.
How to use a template
- Open the templates. In the Klevo app tap Templates, or open them in your browser.
- Pick a layout. Tap a template to open it. Every template is a real PDF you can download straight away.
- Fill it in by typing. Type or paste your details and say what you want, for example “resign from my role as account manager, last day 30 November, thank my manager Sam”. The AI fills in the document and keeps the layout.
- Refine and export. Keep adjusting in plain words, undo anything, then download the PDF, share a link or send it for e-signature.

Resignation letter checklist

Klevo is free to download and includes free AI edits every day. Pro removes the daily limit: in the phone app through the App Store or Google Play, or on the web for $7.99 a month or $29.99 a year.
Can the AI write the whole letter?
Yes. Give it the key facts and the tone you want, and it writes the full letter in the template. Read it and adjust anything in plain words.
Can I add my signature?
Yes. Draw your signature in Klevo and say where it goes, or send the letter for signature.
Is there a template for a cover letter?
