Step by step

  1. Open Klevo in your browser. Go to app.klevo.info on a laptop, desktop or phone. It works in Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox.
  2. Upload your PDF. Choose Edit a PDF and pick the file. You can also start from a template or describe a new document.
  3. Type what to change. Write the change in plain language. Quote the old text and the new text for precise edits.
  4. Check and download. Review the new version. Add another instruction to adjust it, undo any edit, then download the PDF, share a link or send it for signature.

What you can change by typing

  • Text: dates, names, prices, addresses, terms. “Change ‘Net 15’ to ‘Net 30’.”
  • Whole sections: “Make the second paragraph shorter”, “add a line for the deposit”, “translate this letter into French”.
  • Signatures and images: draw your signature and say where it goes, or add a logo. Your signature gets a certificate page with your name, time, IP address and device.
