KlevoPrivacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Klevo (“Klevo”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Klevo mobile app for iOS and Android (the “App”) and the website klevo.info. If you have questions, contact support@klevo.info.
1. Information we collect
- Documents and content you provide: PDFs you upload, images you convert, Markdown text, prompts and edit instructions you type, and signatures you draw.
- Account information: an account identifier and, if you sign in or send signature requests, details such as your name and email address and the names and email addresses of signers you add.
- Purchase information: subscription status and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Usage and device information: app interactions, feature usage, crash reports, device model, operating system, app version, approximate region, and advertising or install attribution identifiers where you permit them.
2. How we use information
- To provide the App’s features: creating, editing, converting, storing, sharing and signing PDFs.
- To manage free usage limits and Pro subscriptions.
- To keep the App secure, fix bugs and improve performance and features.
- To measure marketing performance and show ads in the free version where applicable.
- To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your documents to train our own AI models.
3. AI processing
When you ask Klevo to create or edit a document, the relevant text, instructions and document content are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate the result. These providers process the data on our behalf to return a response. Please avoid including sensitive information you do not want processed in this way.
4. Storage and retention
Documents you create or upload are stored in secure cloud storage so you can view, download and share them. Files are automatically cleaned up after a retention period, and temporary processing files are deleted once they are no longer needed. We retain account and purchase records for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
5. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the App, including:
- AI model providers for document generation and editing.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers for our servers and your files.
- RevenueCat, together with Apple and Google, for processing and managing subscriptions.
- Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reporting and app infrastructure.
- AppsFlyer for install attribution and marketing measurement.
- Advertising partners such as Google AdMob, which may show ads in the free version.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Klevo.
6. Tracking and your choices
On iOS, we ask for permission before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and you can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings.
7. Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data from within the App or by emailing support@klevo.info from the address linked to your account. We will delete your data within a reasonable time, except where we must keep limited records for legal or accounting purposes. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription; see the Terms of Service.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@klevo.info.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
10. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
