KlevoFree invoice templates you fill in by typing
Klevo has 11 invoice templates for freelancers and small businesses, from simple and minimal to corporate and formal. Pick one and type something like “bill Acme Ltd for 12 hours of design at $60 an hour, due in 30 days”. The AI fills in the client, line items, totals and due date. Change anything later the same way: “add 20% VAT” or “switch the currency to euros”.
How to use a template
- Open the templates. In the Klevo app tap Templates, or open them in your browser.
- Pick a layout. Tap a template to open it. Every template is a real PDF you can download straight away.
- Fill it in by typing. Type or paste your details and say what you want, for example “bill Acme Ltd for 12 hours of design at $60 an hour, due in 30 days”. The AI fills in the document and keeps the layout.
- Refine and export. Keep adjusting in plain words, undo anything, then download the PDF, share a link or send it for e-signature.

What to put on an invoice
- Your business name, address and contact details, plus a tax or VAT number if you have one.
- The client’s name and billing address.
- A unique invoice number and the issue date.
- Each item or service with quantity, rate and amount.
- Subtotal, any tax or discount, and the total due.
- The due date, payment terms (such as Net 30) and how to pay.
Check the numbers. The AI writes the totals for you; always check the arithmetic and tax before you send an invoice.

Does Klevo calculate the totals?
Yes, the AI fills in amounts and totals from what you type. Check the arithmetic and any tax before sending, as you would with any invoice.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Ask for any currency, for example “show amounts in euros” or “use pounds sterling”.
Can a client sign or approve the invoice?
