KlevoRoommate and rental agreement templates everyone can sign
Klevo has household agreement templates for roommates, rentals, tenancies, pets, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, parking, guests and noise. These are the most used templates in the app. Pick one, type the details, for example “three roommates, rent split by room size, bills split equally, quiet hours after 11pm”, then send one link so every housemate signs in their browser.
How to use a template
- Open the templates. In the Klevo app tap Templates, or open them in your browser.
- Pick a layout. Tap a template to open it. Every template is a real PDF you can download straight away.
- Fill it in by typing. Type or paste your details and say what you want, for example “fill this in for three roommates at 12 Harbour Street: rent split by room size, bills split equally”. The AI fills in the document and keeps the layout.
- Refine and export. Keep adjusting in plain words, undo anything, then download the PDF, share a link or send it for e-signature.

Frequently asked questions
Are the agreement templates free?
Klevo is free to download and includes free AI edits every day. Pro removes the daily limit: in the phone app through the App Store or Google Play, or on the web for $7.99 a month or $29.99 a year.
Does a roommate agreement replace the lease?
No. A roommate agreement sets rules between the people living together. The lease or tenancy agreement with the landlord still applies.
Can several people sign the same agreement?
Yes. Add as many signers as you need. Each signs from their own phone or computer, and Klevo records each signer on the certificate page.
