Klevo is made by rrdl, the trading name of RRDL Ltd, a small product studio in London. Here is who we are, why we built a PDF editor you talk to, and the choices behind it.
About rrdl
rrdl designs, builds and launches apps for iPhone, Android and the web, usually in weeks rather than months. We build our own products the same way we build for clients, and as of November 2026 ten of them are live, including Klevo, the AI skin age test Skinify, the virtual try-on app Flamingo and the resume checker Resumark. Why we built Klevo
Most “AI PDF” apps summarize documents. But when you open an invoice, you rarely need a summary. You need the due date fixed, the client name changed or a line added. Traditional PDF editors hide that behind text tools, small selection boxes and paid mobile plans. We wanted the shortest path from “this is wrong” to a corrected PDF: open the file, type the change in plain words, and let the AI make it. That is Klevo.
What Klevo does today
- Edit a PDF by typing what to change, with undo and redo.
- Create a PDF from a description, or start from one of 100+ templates.
- Send a PDF for signature: signers sign from a link in any browser, with no account, and a certificate page records each signature.
- Edit a document together, with a version history of who changed what and the instruction they typed.
- Use it on iPhone and iPad, Android and the web, on one account.
Decisions that shaped it
One account on phone and web
People start a document on a phone and finish it on a laptop, or the other way round. You link the phone app to app.klevo.info with a one-time code or QR code and your documents are there.
The signature record is its own page
When a document is signed, Klevo appends a certificate page with each signer’s name, time, IP address, device and a fingerprint of the exact document. The record travels with the PDF.
Honest about the limits
Klevo needs an internet connection, does not run OCR on scanned pages, and is not a tool for pixel-exact layout. The AI rebuilds the document when it edits, so always check the result before you send it. Our comparison of AI PDF editors says when another tool fits better.
