How to update a resume PDF when you lost the original file

Edit the PDF directly

Open the PDF in Klevo and say what changed, for example “add Senior Designer at Acme, 2024 to present, above my last job” or “move education below experience”. You can undo anything, and this guide explains how text edits work.

Tailor it for each application

Keep a master copy, then ask for changes per role: “put my project management experience first”. Read the result carefully, because you are responsible for everything on it, and make sure it stays true.
